 MODE: 12-round Swiss-system FIDE blitz rated event.

 CLOSING CEREMONY: Friday 27/10/2023 at 21:30.

 ENTRY FEE: 10€. No entry fee for GMs, IMs, WGMs, WIMs. No entry fee for those with Fide Blitz rating over 2.300. No entry fee for the third member of the same family and disabled players.

 DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS: Wednesday 25/10/2023 at 22:00. Pairings for the 1^st round on Thursday 26/10/2023 at 23:00.

 TIME CONTROL: 3 minutes for each player plus 2seconds increment per move from the first move.

 TIEBREAKS:1) Buchholz cut-1, 2) Sonneborn-Berger, 3) Sum Buchholz tie-breaks variable, 4) Direct encounter (the result of players in the same point group), 5) Greater number of victories (variable).

 ANTI CHEATING: The anti-cheating regulations will be implemented according to the Anti-Cheating Committee directives of F.I.D.E..

 Prizes are not shared. No player may win more than 1 prize.

Medals will be given to the first three and to the first  girl in the categories U8, U10, U12, U14, U16.

Cups will be given to the first three (3) in the final ranking and to the first (1^st) woman.

 ACCOMMODATION: Accommodation and board are offered in the 4-stars hotel “Philippion”

PRICES PER PERSON WITH  F/B: Double room: 44 euros. Triple room: 41 euros, Single: 64 euros. Children up to 12 years old who stay in their parents' room pay 24 euros. Accommodation tax of 3 euros per night is not included in the above prices. Accommodation at the hotel is not mandatory.

 TRANSFER TO HOTEL “PHILLIPION”: The hotel’s bus will start from the Archaeological Museum, downtown at 15:00.  Departure from hotel to the city center at 21:30.
